Chris is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer at CrossFit Scunthorpe, with extensive experience spanning several years in the fitness industry.

His expertise covers a broad spectrum, including both functional fitness, which emphasises everyday movement and overall athletic performance, and bodybuilding-style training focused on muscle development and physique enhancement.

This combination allows him to design well-rounded workout programs that meet diverse fitness goals while ensuring proper technique and injury prevention.
